  • Prepare Your Body — Reduce heavy food before fasting & Drink water
  • Avoid Distractions — Social media, TV, Entertainment
  • Keep It Secret — Jesus said fast privately.(Matthew 6:16–18)
  • End with Thanksgiving — Pray, thank God, and Break fast gently.
